    Chemical Reaction: A Sol-Poetry Spoken Word Experience

    Chemical Reaction is a poetry showcase where emotion meets impact. The mic becomes the lab, the poets are the elements, and the result is undeniable fire. This experience explores love, heartbreak, attraction, and the moments that change everything. These poems live where feeling meets truth, where connection is electric, and where fallout is sometimes unavoidable. Some bonds strengthen under pressure. Others ignite on contact. Audiences will witness the beautiful, the messy, and the things we do not always say out loud.

    Sol-Poetry is not an open mic group or a casual poetry collective. It is an internationally recognized cultural force grounded in truth, storytelling, and lived experience. As the creative force behind the award winning documentary Poetic Energy Needed in Society, Sol-Poetry has proven that spoken word is not niche entertainment, but a catalyst for healing, dialogue, and cultural movement.

    Bringing this level of artistry to the World Famous Improv is a collision of bold voices and fearless creativity. Audiences experience raw, emotionally charged performances from artists whose work has traveled far beyond local stages while remaining deeply connected to community.

    This is not poetry as background noise. It is presence. It is impact. It is world class talent, right in your own backyard. Expect a night that is electric, intentional, and unforgettable.

    Community Impact: $1 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Brailsford College of Arts and Sciences at Prairie View A&M University.
