Additional Information

Dan K is celebrating the release of their brand new, self-titled cassette + digital album courtesy of Sooper Records!

Dan K is the hip-hop pseudonym of Chicago musician Stephan Jurgovan. Equal parts autobiography and hyperbole, Dan K spits tall tales and bleak confessionals about getting fucked up, eating fast food, and being generally anti-authority. Dan K will rock the house, and then ruin the party by vomiting rum and chocolate cake all over the kitchen. He’s a talented MC packing death metal swag, 90s hip hop flow, and massive quantities of over the counter cough and cold pills. Jurgovan’s work as primary songwriter and vocalist in the punk band Nervous Passenger is obvious in the strongly melodic tracks served up by his alter ego. Produced by Dusty Patches, Dan K’s self-titled debut is an explosive combination of nihilistic party anthems and one of a kind beats.

Rad Payoff continues to be one of the most cursed bands in the biz. Maybe it's because they use words like "BIZ."

This band consists of four grown-ass men that still think playing guitars and drums and singing and dancing in front of other people is "acceptable." The band started in a bar called The Black Dog Tavern in Fort Worth Texas and it will probably end in the same bar. The conversation of joining forces to make music occurred over a drink special known as the Claude Simpson and will probably end over said drink special.

Captivating. Original. Sober. None of these are words to describe Chicago punk trio Dog & Wolf.
