Note: This is a self-paced online version of the original seminar that was presented on Feb. 1, 2010. You can register to access the course at any time, and you'll have access for six months from the date you register.  Join Eric Asimov, New York Times wine critic; Cathy Corison, winemaker, Corison Wines; and Chris Cree, master of wine and owner of 56 Degree Wine, for an exploration and tasting of the wines of California, focusing on Napa Cabernet. In this course you will learn about the viniculture, flavors and winemaking that distinguishes California wines. Join this distinguished group of experts as they taste wines. Sit back, enjoy the comfort of your own home, invite some friends over and spend a Saturday evening with wine. Learn about the various regions in California and their distinguishing features; sample and share your own tasting notes; get recommendations for the best parings; find out where to get the best wines. Must be 21 or over. If you would like to buy the wines being discussed, you will receive a list when you enter the course.
