NY International [NOT FOR KIDS] Film Festival Benefit + Auction
Thursday, Feb 06, 2014 6:30 PM EST
Tribeca Cinemas, New York, NY
Help us kick off the 2014 Festival season with a night of food, drinks, and not-quite-kid-friendly short films*
Support the Film-Ed program and provide quality arts programming to young people and families with limited resources. Film-Ed invites students from Title 1 (high poverty rate) public schools to attend weekday film screenings that offer the full range of Festival activities at no cost. Through school and community partners, Film-Ed also supplies steeply discounted tickets to weekend screenings.
Your past support has created an opportunity for countless students and families to attend film screenings. With your help in 2014, we will continue to inspire and enrich the lives of NYC children and give them the chance to explore the world through cinema.
*short films submitted to the festival that may not be appropriate for kids, but we just can't keep to ourselves
