Due to popular demand following their triumphant inaugural Brewer's Dinner in November, Moonshine Brewing Company's award-winning brew master Bob Kittrell and executive chef Matt Wilde are back at it again with the next chapter of their revered Brewer's Dinner, an evening of creative pairings featuring fresh, hand-crafted beer and gourmet pub fare.

Wednesday, January 19th. Meet-and-Greet complimentary cocktail reception with chef Wilde and brew master Bob is from 6:00 to 6:30. Sit-down Brewer's Dinner begins promptly at 6:30 pm.

First Course
Grilled Calamari and Shrimp Salad, Baby Arugula, Olive Oil Poached Cherry Tomatoes and Toasted Chili.

Seared Slagel Farm Pork Loin, Caramelized Yukon Potatoes, Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Oven Roasted Tomatoes and Béarnaise Sauce.

With Goose Island ex-patriot Reverend Bob Kittrell (yes, he’s a real reverend) at the brew master pulpit, the mission has been to handcraft quality beers with spirit and soul. He prides himself on making most dishes from scratch, creating innovative cross-continental flavor combinations and thoroughly pairing them with Moonshine Brewing Company’s hand-crafted beers.
