Aloha, and thank you for your purchase! Please see below for our club policies and parking information.

TICKETING
Tickets will held at will call or delivered 48 hours before the show via Ticketfast. Please have photo ID in hand when picking up tickets at the box office or gift shop. Please have tickets printed or on your phone for a quick check-in process.

SEATING
Seating is based on a first come, first serve basis. Come early for best seats. We do not hold seats. Table seating is communal and you may be seated with other parties. There is a $20 food and beverage minimum per person, per show. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers.

PARKING
Validated parking available at Outrigger Waikiki Paradise Hotel, 150 Kaiulani Ave., entrance located on Kuhio Ave. $6 for up to 4 hours of parking. $3 per 30 min after 4 hours.

Valet parking available at Outrigger Beach Resort, entrance located on Kalaukaua. $15 for up to 4 hours of parking. $4 per 30 min after 4 hours. Validations can be done in our gift shop.
