Phoenix Native, Izzy Mahoubi is an artist rooted in storytelling with new-age pop and Americana influences. The 19-year-old isn’t afraid to write blunt, sometimes comedic, lyrics and disclose her deepest insecurities with her listeners. She’s spent the past 5 years performing in Phoenix and Nashville fine tuning her craft and opening for artists such as Em Beihold, Adam Melchor, Mipso, among others. This year she has released her first fully indie single, 70s Baby which is a folk pop tale inspired by Almost Famous groupie culture. Izzy is gearing up to release new music and perform at her first festival alongside headliners Mt. Joy and Sharkey Graves before the end of the year.
