Twin brothers, Zach and Chris Blocher, growing up in a sleepy beach town in Southern
California, transformed their childhood playroom into a recording studio. Along the way, they met
Joey Rae from NYC and started playing/writing music together. They are playing shows all
around the SoCal scene as YMBF band, known as Your Mom's Best Friend, delivering upbeat,
euphoric surf rock that is truly music that moves you.

From sun-drenched San Diego, SUNTAN is a Spanglish pop-rock band delivering a seamless
blend of cultural influences, pairing bilingual lyricism with a sophisticated musicality that feels
both nostalgic and fresh. Recently the band wrapped up filming for their first music video
featuring “Gold”, the band’s most recent single, and a story about self discovery, heartbreak,
and the longing that trails the dissolution of one’s former self. Keep an eye out for new music as
the band heads into the studio in July.
