EVENT INFO:
There is a two-item minimum purchase requirement in the showroom for all guests. 

Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served, with the exception of groups and premium booths. Guests are allowed into our showroom up until 30 minutes after the show begins. We stop seating 30 minutes into the show due to the disruption caused to the performers. No exceptions, no refunds.

No cell phone use, photography or video recording is permitted during performances.

All sales are final.

    Yard Sale Girls is a comedy group based in New York composed of Serah Bennett, Micaela Fagan, Becca Marcus, and Sam Speedy.

    Their videos have amassed more than 40 million views across platforms. They’ve produced and performed live comedy shows at venues like UCB, Littlefield, Alphaville, and more; and were featured performers at the 2025 Knockouts Women's Comedy Festival. Their popular Monday night open mic has been a Brooklyn staple since 2022.

• Valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase are required to pick up tickets.

• We reserve the right to deny/refuse entry to or remove parties who are deemed a distraction to other guests.
• We reserve the right to search personal items and may prohibit various items into the venue(s).

• All venues and Owner’s Representatives are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
