Yak Attack is a live electronic power trio. The band's music spans a wide variety of electronic genres (house, trance, breakbeat, drum and bass) and mixes in elements of many other genres such as jazz, funk, and psych.
Founded in 2013, Yak Attack has gained recognition nationwide from virtuosic playing, a unique setup of live instruments and live looping with no prerecorded samples or backing tracks, and compelling live performances
featuring lush soundscapes, dynamic improvisation, and DJ-like transitions in continuous sets.
