This event brings together professionals across industries for networking, empowerment, and meaningful conversation.  Enjoy a keynote session with women leaders sharing their personal journeys; networking opportunities with business owners and community leaders; light bites and drinks. Professional photographers, hair stylist, and other local vendors will be present.  Guest Speakers: Carrie-Leigh Cloutier is the CEO of CASA Kids. She has served vulnerable youth for 35 years. Under her leadership, CASA Kids pioneered courthouse facility dogs and community partnerships that create healing, child-friendly spaces the norm across southeast New Mexico. Carrie-Leigh is proof that superheroes don't always wear capes - sometimes they show up to courthouses with dogs, big ideas, and even bigger hearts. Barbara Yehl is the Director of Lighthouse Foster & Adoption Support. With deep experince advocating for children and families, she works closely with the state's Children, Youth, and Families Department to improve access, supports, and resources for foster parents and youth. She is a native New Mexican, mom of four, and currently obsessed with K-Pop Demon Hunters Jayla Irvin-Gonzales is the founder of E2E Tutoring LLC. Trained as a chemical engineer, she never imagined she’d one day own a private tutoring business. But when life threw her curveballs, she shifted quickly, finding her true purpose in education. Through her tutoring company, Jayla helps students thrive in STEM while also showing what it means to balance entrepreneurship and family life. She is passionate about resilience, financial literacy, and empowering women to embrace change as part of their journey. Outside of work, Jayla loves spending time with her husband and young son, reading, and dreaming up her next big plan. A portion of the ticket proceeds will be donated to local charities.
