Will Wood and the Tapeworms was an experimental musical project born in 2015 with multimedia artist and alt-comic Will Wood’s debut album “Everything is a Lot.” The band quickly became notorious underground for its occasionally violent stage antics, chaotic crowd-riling, and cabaret-hippie-punk theatrics, as well as its confounding commitment to kayfabe, following the release of its second and final studio album “SELF-iSH” in 2016. After years of quiet, the WWATT project has been resurrected to bring its infamously eccentric performances on tour for the first time in celebration of its tenth anniversary. In 2026, its latest incarnation has reunited for one last 10th birthday party before slithering back to the lab it leaked from, bringing SELF-iSH in all its grease-painted glory as well as other WW favorites out on a special limited run of dates.
