Will Hoge has a career whose milestones include Number One hits, Grammy nods, major-label record deals, and hard-won independence. Years before Americana music received its own category at the Grammy Awards, Hoge was on the frontlines, helping to pilot and popularize the genre's blend of American roots music. In the current digital era dominated by influencers seeking shortcuts to stardom, Will Hoge proudly treads the scenic route, immersing himself in the journey rather than fixating on the destination.

Americana
Born and raised in Tennessee, songwriter Will Hoge built his career blending soulful Americana with heartland rock & roll. He began touring with former Georgia Satellites guitarist Dan Baird before releasing his live debut All Night Long (1999) and signing with Atlantic Records. His studio debut Carousel followed in 2000, with Blackbird on a Lonely Wire released in 2003. After leaving Atlantic, Hoge embraced an independent path, combining relentless touring with albums such as The Man Who Killed Love (2006) and Draw the Curtains (2007). A serious scooter accident delayed recording, but he returned with The Wreckage (2009) and Number Seven (2011). In 2012, Hoge earned ACM, CMA, and Grammy nominations for co-writing Eli Young Band’s hit “Even If It Breaks Your Heart.” He continued releasing acclaimed work with Never Give In (2013), Small Town Dreams (2015), and the solo-written Anchors (2017), featuring a duet with Sheryl Crow.
