    Whiskerman

    Alternative Rock

Whether entranced in a ballad or clawing out some frenzied rock and roll, Whiskerman is seeking the heart of the matter. Lush instrumentation combined with front man Graham Patzner's profound lyricism and unflinching delivery culminate in a sound that is soulful, mythical, and raw. Patzner’s voice, both smokey and soaring, leads a passionate live show as the band’s classic rock sound seamlessly cascades through realms of bluesy passion, psychedelic meloncholy, and twangy celebration. Whiskerman's shows tend to set spells, either sweeping the audience up in revelation, or dropping them into knee-slapping frenzy. Joining Patzner (vocals, guitar, violin and piano), is Will Lawrence (bass and mandolin), and Charles Lloyd (guitar and sitar) and Dan Schwartz (drums).

    Evan & the Live Oaks

    Rock & Roll

It all began in the 2nd grade when Evan was seven years old, he joined the school choir and every year they would sing the National Anthem at a San Francisco Giants game. His music teacher forced him to sing California Dreamin' by the Mama's and Papa's in front of the entire school and eventually suggested to his parents to buy him a drum set and he's has never been the same. Now 28, Evan has been in dozens of bands as a drummer (Midnight Sons, Mystery Flavors, Mendonesia) has written hundreds of songs for himself and co-writes with other songwriters (Drew Southern, Rainbow Girls, Kenny Crowley, Hot Mountain Dips, Mystery Flavors) and is more than ever, gigging and collaborating all around California with all sorts of established musicians and producers on all sorts of stages and studios. His first show as a solo-artist was at the Great American Music Hall (Evan & the Eccentrics) and since has played most of medium-sized venues in the Bay Area including Slims, Brick & Mortar (Headliner), and recently for the 2nd time, The Chapel, where he was the drummer/back up vocals for Rock & Roll music icon Cyril Jordan (founder of the Flaming Groovies). His influences are extremely vast but mostly reminiscent of late 60's, early 70's rock and roll, folk, soul type stuff.

    Tommy Alexander

    Indie Rock

"A phenomenal talent." - Micheal McDonald

"Wicked Indie rock." - Brett Lanier (Barr Brothers)

"A different kettle of gravy." -Willy Tea Taylor

“The downright truth about Alexander is that he is an expression of rebellion in a society that is trapped within institutional conformities and down-the-road retirement plans. Filled with an introspective and strikingly truthful style of songwriting, his music can be downright mind-bending -- especially for those of us who have grown used to Pandora's corporate jukebox and the cultural clichés that run with it.”  - Huffington Post

Tommy has been fortunate to share the stage with acts such as; Mac Demarco, Michael McDonald, Big Thief, Willy Tea Taylor, Twain, Spirit Family Reunion, Aaron Lee Tasjan, People Under The Stairs, SUSTO, Rising Appalachia, Night Beds, & Jay Cobb Anderson.

  • Rainbow Girls

    Rainbow Girls

    Folk

Rainbow Girls is a collaborative of songwriters, multi-instrumentalists, vocalists, and California natives whose wide spectrum of genres is hard to classify, but something along the lines of funky, bluesy, soulful, psychedelic pop with roots in folk and rock n’ roll. With soaring harmonies and a slew of instruments they share and swap throughout their set, the ladies of Rainbow Girls pump out original after original of your favorite new songs, whether it be acoustic or electric.

The ladies came together at an underground open mic in Santa Barbara, CA in December of 2010 and spent the following summer busking and couch surfing around Europe.  Since then they have released two studio albums, toured the US and Europe extensively, and simultaneously developed two different forms of performing: 1) an electric, rock n’ roll, foot stomping spectacular enticing people to get naked, let loose, and dance wildly; and 2) an acoustic back porch set based around their harmonies and folkier roots.
