Grammy and Downbeat Poll winning saxophonist Wayne Escoffery and his quartet perform music from their critically acclaimed album “Like Minds”. Escoffery is also lecturer in Jazz and Director if Jazz Ensemble at Yale School of music and the following evening presents the Yale Jazz Ensemble big band in a battle of the bands with The Harvard Big Band. Make is a Scullers weekend and enjoy Escoffery’s artistry and passion both as a performer and educator.
