Underground Technoseries brings their first installation of Voltage with up and coming Berlin based guest artist Sarah Sommers for her first show here in the states! Sarah brings a truly unforgettable musical and visual experience to her performance with a collection of beautifully self-customized pink synthesizers and modular equipment, she draws inspiration from the vibrant sound of ‘90s rave culture, the deep bass of dub and the pulsating energy of Techno. Sarah has played in well known Berlin clubs such as Kitkat, About Blank, Mensch Meier, RE:MISE as well as Amsterdam Dance Event and Superbooth. Voltage also has brought in Boston based producer and deejay Jonathan Santarelli for his first West Coast event and local supporting acts Freya Delta, Carlos B (PopCart PDX, Tabor Dance, Secret Grove) going back to back with Tony LaBoy (Nite on Earth, Noche de Techno) and JAK (SubSensory, PDX Techno) Underground Technoseries will donate a portion of ticket sales to Synth Library Portland, a local collectively-run arts non-profit providing low-cost access to electronic music gear and education.
