Refunds are not issued unless an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled to another date or a meaningful change has been made (e.g. age restriction has changed, door/show time has been changed more than 2 hours). We cannot offer refunds for ticket holders who become unable to attend, or were unable to attend a performance. All sales are final.
