From breaking barriers as the first death metal band behind the Iron Curtain to secure an international record deal in the early ’90s to sharing the stage with Slayer and Metallica in front of tens of thousands of fans years later, Vader have cemented their status as true road warriors over the past 40 years. With 12 albums under their belt, they continue to deliver high-quality music, staying relevant to both longtime devotees and new generations.
Formed in Olsztyn in 1983 and named after Star Wars' infamous dark lord, Vader went through numerous lineup changes with founding vocalist/guitarist Piotr "Peter" Wiwczarek remaining its driving force since day one. Originally rooted in heavy/speed metal, influences from Slayer, Kreator or Dark Angel made Vader grow into something far more brutal. After years of shows in Eastern Europe and various demos - like the legendary "Morbid Reich" - they signed with Earache Records releasing "The Ultimate Incantation" (1992) as the band’s international debut.
After their departure from Earache, Vader's sound evolved dramatically, resulting in classic albums such as "De Profundis", "Black to the Blind", and "Litany". In 2009, Vader joined Nuclear Blast where they’ve released five albums to date.
Now, in 2025, Vader proves to be as ferocious and unyielding as ever on its new EP, "Humanihility", which will be presented live on the "March of the Unbending" tour and the upcoming "Summer Rampage" festival run.

For almost 3 decades, death metal giants KATAKLYSM have delivered unapologetic waves of powerful sound across the entire globe. On August 11th, the band’s 15th full-length studio album, Goliath, will be unleashed unto the masses via Nuclear Blast Records.
Goliath, staying true to its name, is an aggressive and mean album that was a product of its own unique obstacles.
"There’s a lot of anger but also a lot of darkness in this record, it reflects the current mood of the world” comments Maurizio Iacono. “GOLIATH is an album that searches deep into questioning things that are happening on a global scale and inside society itself, are you ok with everything you see?”
Maurizio goes on to say, “This record has this mean, aggressive feeling about it. It’s also about fighting back, Standing up even if it seems at times impossible to do so…a Modern day David vs Goliath : fighting back for what is right for yourself and the people you love.”
Not many bands have achieved what KATAKLYSM has in the span of their long and rigorous career, but what truly makes them stand them apart from the masses is seeing the world through truthful eyes, and creating the perfect musical landscape to describe it. With this new album, KATAKLYSM gives an innocent but aggressive album in a time of such uncertainty. Goliath is the band’s response to the kind of media that was being force-fed from both sides and coming up with their voice and identity that has made them the figures of Death Metal.

Arising from the heavy metal hotbed of Florida in the early '90s (but originally from Buffalo, New York), Malevolent Creation helped define the sound and style of American death metal. After issuing their seminal 1991 debut, the gore-soaked Ten Commandments, the band underwent some personnel and stylistic changes, moving toward a more progressive, technical death metal sound that they continued to mine on subsequent outings like Eternal (1995), Warkult (2004), Invidious Dominion (2010), and The 13th Beast (2019).

California’s SKELETAL REMAINS are proud to present the successor to 2018’s much-lauded “Devouring Mortality”. On September 11, 2020, the band will release “The Entombment Of Chaos”, their fourth and most accomplished studio album to date. While sticking to their blend of classic death metal from the early 90’s, SKELETAL REMAINS turned influences from Death, Obituary, Morbid Angel etc. into a darker, more consistent opus this time around. “There are a few more songs on seven-string guitar than the last album, making it an overall heavier sounding record. We also wanted to incorporate more aggression and brutality to give the album that extreme edge it needed to top our last three releases. In addition to that, we brought in our good friend Charlie Koryn (Funebrarum, Ascended Dead) on drums to add his own pummeling sound into the mix giving us an end result we’re all extremely proud of.” Formed in 2011, SKELETAL REMAINS released two acclaimed albums on FDA Rekotz and honed their skills on the road, playing an impressive amount of gigs early on in their career. With “Devouring Mortality”, the band took the proverbial next step. Tours with the likes of Obituary, Hatebreed, Municipal Waste, Power Trip, The Black Dahlia Murder, and many more followed, resulting in a loyal following worldwide. Now, the next chapter begins: “We feel this is a huge step up from our previous releases and cannot wait to share it with all fans of Death Metal! We hope you all enjoy it as much as we do!”
