Girl EDM meets PC music! Australian electronic artist Ninajirachi and Brooklyn based DJ/Producer UMRU today announce an eight date North American co-headline tour. Both known for living on the bleeding edge of electronic music, Nina and Umru are long time fans of each other. While an official collaboration has yet to surface, the two combined sonic forces in 2021, with Umru handling remix duties for Ninajirachi and Kota Bank’s single Secretive! Of the tour, Umru says he is “Excited to start my third season of Tour-Based Combat, going head to head with the top DJs in the league, following last year’s tour vs. GRRL. Each night Nina and I will perform a solo show of force and then go back-to-back at the end of the night to decide a winner.” 2024 has been a milestone year for both artists, with Ninajirachi releasing the critically acclaimed girl EDM (disc 1) and touring alongside ISOxo, Rezz, Doss and Alison Wonderland, while last year saw Umru release collaborations with Chase Icon and Warpstr, and producing records for Empress Of, Tommy Cash, and Brooke Candy and touring Asia, the US & EU Fans can look forward to hearing both favorites and unreleased material from both artists across solo sets from both headliners, as well as exclusive merch and back-to-back DJ sets.
