Matty Fontana is a LA based comedian and actor born and raised in South Boston Massachusetts. He’s performed all over the country and around LA on some of the best stages. He’s the creator of the Comedy Cottage show as well as co-creator of Jenny Johnson & Matty Fontana’s Starting Lineup here at the Improv.

Jay Light is a comedian and writer based in Los Angeles, CA. After making his bones as a doorman at the world-famous Comedy Store, he has gone on to perform on TV shows like Comedy Central’s Roast Battle and NBC’s America’s Got Talent, and at clubs and comedy festivals around the world, including SXSW and Edinburgh Fringe. He recently made his Japanese television debut as a judge on Nippon TV’s Global Comedian. He is also an in-demand comedy writer, having written jokes for shows like the Comedy Central Roasts, BattleBots, and MasterChef (yes, the one with Gordon Ramsay). His debut comedy album “Good Guy With A Gun” reached #1 on the Apple Music Comedy charts upon release.

A 30 year veteran of comedy stages around the world Auggie Smith has been seen on Comedy Central, Last Comic Standing and can be heard regularly on The Bob and Tom Show. His long career has included being voted Club Comic Of The Year at the Aspen Comedy Festival and winning both the prestigious Seattle and San Francisco International Comedy Competitions. Auggie has performed at the Montreal Comedy Festival, The Boston Comedy Festival, The Great American Comedy Festival and the Laughing Skull Festival but if you can’t see him live, rants from his multiple comedy albums are in heavy rotation on SiriusXm.

Margaux Hamilton is a Los Angeles based Stand-Up Comedian and Actor. She has been cast in various National Commercials such as McDonald’s, HomeGoods & J.C. Penney. Margaux joined the SAG-AFTRA Union in 2020 and has been enjoying her Health Insurance benefits ever since. Margaux deems herself as the Queen of the Hollywood Improv Open Mic as that is where she began booking her first spots at the prestigous club in late 2021. Since then, Margaux has quickly climbed the ranks of the open mic scene. In 2022 she was offered her own monthly show in the Hollywood Improv Lab, The Babysitters Club show, which she ran for a little over a year. In 2023 she began getting calls from Levity to start opening for Headliners such as Chad Daniels, Natasha Leggero & Greg Fitzsimmons. Margaux became a Passed Employee of the Hollywood Improv Comedy Club in 2024. All because of that damn open mic. (Go!!)  Margaux has performed in comedy clubs throughout the country such as Zanies Nashville, The Stand NYC and The Comedy Store, where she produces and hosts Margaux's Show, a monthly show in the Belly Room. Margaux loves her cat Kacey, the kids in her preschool classroom, and Taylor Alison Swift. She does not like Ozempic and she does not like Squirrels.  

Eric Freedman has been touring the world for over a decade. First as a drummer, then as the Road Manager for Sublime With Rome, and currently as a Comedian. Over the years Eric has acquired a wealth of stories, a broad view of the world, and a possible drinking problem. His sharp wit and dark but deadly accurate tongue have had audiences laughing from Los Angeles to Australia. Eric is one of the creators of Tomorrow’s Nobody and can be heard weekly on his podcasts, 2 Dumb Babies and The Ripoff.

Zack’s distinctly original stories, colorful characters and unexpected punchlines, have resonated with audiences of all backgrounds. As a storyteller, Zack shared one of his Moroccan family adventures on MTV’s Greatest Party Story Ever. As an actor, Zack has appeared in the Showtime series Shameless, as well as Night of the Living Karens, a viral comedy-horror series he created with Richard Sarvate. Zack has performed standup comedy all over the country, and opened for some legendary names in the industry, including Tiffany Haddish, Dave Attell and the late great Norm Macdonald.
