This show will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, smart watches, smart accessories, cameras and recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space.
Upon arrival at the venue, all phones and smart watches will be secured in Yondr cases that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their phones at all times, and can access their phones throughout the show at designated Phone Use Areas in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr cases before returning to the performance space.
Anyone seen using a cellphone during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.

Madrigal’s stand up career took off when he won a JURY AWARD FOR BEST STAND-UP COMEDIAN at the U.S. Comedy Arts Festival. He’s performed stand-up multiple times on THE TONIGHT SHOW, JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE, and CONAN O’BRIEN. His first one hour special, WHY IS THE RABBIT CRYING? premiered on Comedy Central and was named one of the top 10 comedy specials of that year by both Westword and The Village Voice. Just after his award winning docu-comedy HALF LIKE ME was released, his next special, SHRIMPIN’ AIN’T EASY was named in Decider and Vulture’s Top 10 Lists. In an article titled “The Best Stand-up TV Right Now,” Rolling Stone Magazine said, “The Daily Show alum spins comedy gold.”
On television, Madrigal plays Oscar on NBC’s hit comedy LOPEZ VS. LOPEZ. In addition to being an actor on numerous TV shows including BOB’S BURGERS and CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM, he was also the Latino Correspondent on THE DAILY SHOW WITH JON STEWART. Madrigal’s many film credits include THE WAY BACK with Ben Affleck and NIGHT SCHOOL alongside Kevin Hart and Tiffany Haddish.

Zoltan Kaszas is a Hungarian-born, award-winning stand-up comedian known for his sharp, observational humor. Kaszas, who The Atlantic called a “breakout star,” has been featured on several SiriusXM comedy channels, Laughs on Fox, Netflix Is a Joke, Scotland’s Fringe Festival and headlines comedy clubs and theaters across the country. It was his riff on why cats are better than dogs that brought viral fame, racking up over 68 million views with The Guardian’s (UK) calling it one of the “ten funniest things I’ve seen on the Internet.” Kaszas has two Dry Bar standup specials and four independent standup specials on YouTube: Modern Male, White Lies, Honorary Jones and his most recent, London Fog. Shapel Lacey is a Los Angeles based comedian born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. A diehard punk rocker and former award-winning competitive cheerleader, Shapel found ways to express himself and own his individuality at an early age. Shapel was cheerleading competitively for University of Louisville when someone dared him to take the stage as a comedian and he never looked back, dropping out shortly thereafter to pursue a career in stand up full-time. His unique life experiences such as being adopted by a Caucasian family at age 15, his punk rock mentality, and his stage presence make for a truly original voice in the comedy community. Diligence and the desire to grow led Shapel from the Phoenix open mic circuit onto main stages, where he regularly performed for comedians such as Bill Burr, Hannibal Buress, and Brendan Schaub, and is now headlining clubs across the country. Shapel was selected to be a “New Face” at the 2019 Just For Laughs Comedy Festival.

Born in England and raised in Jamaica, Ian Edwards is a stand-up comedian, writer, producer, actor, and podcaster. His first one-hour stand-up special, IanTalk: Ideas Not Worth Spreading, debuted on Comedy Central this summer.
As a stand-up, Ian released his debut album "100% Half Assed" on Conan O’Brien’s record label, Team Coco Records. He is the first comedian signed to the label. Ian has appeared numerous times on Comedy Central’s @Midnight , TBS’ Conan, and Comedy Central’s The New Negroes, and is regularly featured as a guest on some of the top podcasts in the world (WTF with Marc Maron and The Joe Rogan Experience to name a few).
Ian has served as an executive story editor and writing consultant on HBO’s Crashing, as well as a co-producer on Netflix’s Friends from College. Prior to that, Ian served as a consulting producer on NBC’s The Carmichael Show, as well as a staff writer on ABC’s Blackish. Ian also wrote the feature Undercover Brother 2 for Universal.
Ian recently played the recurring role of Skull in the Netflix series Friends From College. In 2015, Ian was cast in Sean Baker’s Indie Spirit Award nominated film, Tangerine, and prior to that was in Jeff Garlin’s film Dealing with Idiots, opposite JB Smoove and Natasha Leggero.
Ian is co-host of the All Things Comedy podcast "Soccer Comic Rant," an informed, passionate, and hilarious weekly update of soccer highlights around the world.

Danny Jolles is a comedian based out of LA. As a stand up comedian, he has appeared in the Laughing Skull Festival, San Francisco Sketchfest and was the runner-up in the LA March Comedy Madness competition out of 200 LA comics. Danny's stand up features stories of awkwardness, modern dating and social progress. As a sketch comedian, Danny's sketch groups Chess Club Comedy and Sasquatch Sketch have garnered millions of views online. His sketches have been featured on Tosh.0, MTV, and Funny or Die. Danny will also be the host of the upcoming interview show "Danny Has Problems" on the Above Average network. Danny also wrote on the show "Friends Of The People" which airs on TruTV. As an actor, Danny has appeared in 7 commercials in the past year, some of which you may have seen, and can be seen in the upcoming film Ithaca directed by Meg Ryan. Danny also once opened for Aaron Carter, which is way cooler than everything else you just read.

Marx has opened for Tom Segura, Harland Williams, Joe List, Pete Lee, Greg Fitzsimmons, Kirk Fox, Jeff Dye, Nick Thune, Andy Huggins and many more. He is a regular at the Hollywood Improv and frequents the Don’t Tell Comedy shows across the country.
