Tim James is an award-winning songwriter from Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Having written standards such as “My List” (Toby Keith), “Give It All We Got Tonight” (George Strait), “Love Like Crazy” (Lee Brice), and others, James has seen the music industry from the inside out, for better and worse, in richer and poorer times.

Going Crazy (Left Foot, Right Foot, Breathe) is a candid look at the inner workings of professional songwriting. It is also an honest, vulnerable memoir about overcoming life's trials and tribulations. James has lived an inspiring story of going from a small-town country boy to living and thriving in the big city of Los Angeles, then back again. Revealing his own faults and missteps along with subsequent lessons learned, James shares his journey rich with poignant details about how he not only survived but has flourished both personally and professionally.
