Emily Curtis Duo

Country
With more than a decade of live performance experience, Emily Curtis has become a recognizable voice within Charleston’s music, hospitality, and event scene.
Beginning with Wednesday night performances at My Father’s Mustache more than ten years ago, Emily has grown into a longtime performer at Hotel Bennett and has appeared on stages and events including TEDx Charleston, Riverfront Revival, Garden & Gun’s Back Porch Sessions, the Credit One Charleston Open, the Gaillard Center, Monday After the Masters at the House of Blues, Charleston Music Hall, Eddie’s Attic Atlanta, the Music Farm, and the North Charleston Performing Arts Center.
Over the years, she has provided opener and background vocal support for artists including Darius Rucker, Thomas Rhett, Hootie & the Blowfish, Parmalee, Alexandra Kay, Patrick Davis, Sister Hazel, and other nationally recognized acts.
Named Charleston City Paper’s Female Singer Songwriter of the Year in 2022, Emily’s original music has been featured by American Songwriter and placed in national sync catalogs, and she has collaborated with Grammy winning producers and songwriters connected to some of today’s most recognized artists and projects.
Blending soulful vocals, acoustic storytelling, timeless covers, and Lowcountry charm, Emily creates live music experiences that feel elevated, effortless, and unmistakably Charleston. Whether she is setting the tone for a candlelit cocktail hour, a packed patio, a waterfront wedding weekend, or a high energy public event, she brings the kind of presence that makes a room feel alive long after the last song ends.
