Harrp are an American alternative rock band from Hollywood, California, formed by Brendan Flavin in 2010. The band got its start with Brendan, his songs, and an idea for a band. He started looking for band mates and met Clark Skelton through Musicians Institute and decided that he was the right fit for the project he was starting. They both spent a long time looking for the right players for the band, going through many auditions while fine tuning the songs Brendan had written. A few guitar players had come and gone before eventually recruiting Dan Zerin, who was also from Musicians Institute. Finally the band was complete when bass player Caroline Cirone joined.
Since then, they have been hard at work putting together their first ever EP which was released in late 2011. While currently recording their first full album, Harrp have been no strangers to the stage. They have been putting on electrifying shows all through out the LA club scene grabbing their audience with a solid electronica infused alternative rock sound that does not disappoint. So far the EP, self-titled "HARRP", has grabbed a great amount of attention from listeners: Dead to Me being the most popular song on the album.
