The Urban Renewal Project is a sixteen-piece collective known for its genre-bending original music, combining elements of jazz, hiphop and vintage soul into a signature sound that has captivated audiences around the world from SXSW to the Java Jazz Festival. The ensemble features the vocal talents of singer Alex Nester, dual emcees Elmer Demond and Slim da Reazon, and a face-melting ten-piece horn section. Building off the success of recent singles "Will to Survive" featuring Vic Mensa & "Don't Ask Y" featuring Camp Lo, the group is releasing the first single from its fourth album this fall.
