The Two Tracks are an Americana band from Sheridan, Wyoming, known for their rich vocal harmonies, driving cello, and roots-forward songwriting. Fronted by husband-and-wife duo Dave and Julie Huebner, along with Taylor Phillips on bass and Fernando Serna on drums, the band blends folk, rock, and bluegrass into a sound that feels both expansive and deeply grounded in the landscapes of the American West.
A signature element of The Two Tracks’ sound is Dave’s unique cello playing, which highlights elements of bluegrass fiddle playing but with a style all it's own, anchored by Julie’s rhythm guitar and warm vocals. They create dynamic arrangements that move from intimate storytelling to energetic, harmony-filled anthems.
After their debut album in 2016, The Two Tracks immediately moved towards recording a follow up album "Postcard Town" which was produced in Nashville by Will Kimbrough in 2017. Since then they have recorded three more albums produced by Kimbrough including this year's latest release "Seasons Unknown," which has spent 9 weeks on the Top 50 Americana Radio Chart and garnered reviews and premieres from American Songwriter, the Bluegrass Situation, AmericanaUK and more. Engineered by Sean Sullivan at The Tractor Shed, mixed by Trina Shoemaker, and mastered by Alex McCullough, the band's sound continues to develop and grow while maintaining their signature honesty and authenticity.
