Grilled medium well and served on a toasted bun with seasoned fries. The Impossible Burger 100% Plant based vegetarian patty, topped with cheddar cheese and a golden fried onion ring, served with crisplettuce and vine-ripened tomato on a toasted bun. Served with fries. BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich Hand-pulled smoked pork with Carolina barbecue sauce on toasted brioche. Served with fries. Twisted Mac Chicken & Cheese Cavatappi macaroni tossed in a three-cheese sauce with roasted red peppers, topped with Parmesan parsley bread crumbs & grilled chicken breast. Served with garlic toast. Tupelo Chicken Tenders Hand-breaded, lightly fried tenderloins of chicken, with honey mustard and hickory bbq sauces. Served with fries. Classic Chicken Caesar Salad Romaine lettuce tossed in our homemade Caesar dressing, topped with garlic croutons, shaved Parmesan cheese and grilled chicken breast. (Available without chicken). Dessert Cheesecake DISCLAIMERS: The River Walk is a National park with many beautiful shrubs and trees along its perimeter. Should your assigned seat be in front of one of these natural elements, your viewing area may be slightly obstructed mementarily. However, the full parade can be viewed from all patio seats on Street & River levels. All reservations are prepaid in order to guarantee seating. There is a 100% non-refundable, non-negotiable cancellation policy. Hard Rock Cafe has no control over inclement weather and/or the Texas Cavaliers River Parade content or timing. Small parties (less than 4 people) will likely be seated at a table with another group to form a communal table. This is solely based on total ticket sales as Hard Rock Cafe’s space will be maximized in all viewing areas. $70 ticket includes dinner with guaranteed inside dining space from 5PM - 7PM only and a chair on the sidewalk in front of our patio facing the River Walk. All dining tables inside the restaurant must be released at 7PM. Exact chair (seat and row) placement is not guaranteed and is based on final placement of all guest groups. $89 ticket includes a dining table on the patio (Street or River level) with dinner. Seating opens at 6PM and tables will not be available before that time so please plan accordingly.. While patio dining is guaranteed, exact table placement on a specific patio or in a specific area of the patio is not guaranteed.  Please note that there will be two rows of guests at chairs directly in front of the River level patio of Hard Rock Cafe.
