You should arrive one hour prior to showtime as seating is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. If you want to have dinner prior to the show, you should select one of the dinner with show options when ordering your tickets. If you have dinner prior to the show in our Supper Lounge, we will reserve your seats in the showroom.
You must be 18 or older unless accompanied by an adult.
There is a two drink minimum per person inside the showroom. We serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The beverage minimum is not included in the cost of the ticket.
There is an a la carte menu available during the show in the showroom. Food purchases do not count towards the two drink minimum.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diners as well as cash.
All Sales are FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bring the email confirmation with you to the show, a picture ID and the Credit Card that you used to purchase the tickets in order to pick up your tickets. The person who purchased the tickets is the only one who can pick up the seating ticket. Upon checkout, you will also have the option to place a name other than yours to pick up the tickets at will call.
Absolutely NO bags are allowed in the showroom, NO exceptions. Bags can be checked with the coat check attendant before entering the showroom.
All ticketed events are to be held irrespective of weather conditions. On some occasions, weather may make the performance impossible to complete. In such instances, Carolines will make the final determination of cancellation and refund availability. Carolines will issue refunds ONLY if a show is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled. If a show is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer to purchase tickets. In such instances, refunds will generally appear on your next credit card statement depending upon your credit card's billing cycle. A portion of Carolines.com's service and handling fees may be non-refundable in all cases.
