MojoPin is a San Diego-based rock band made up of David Euell, Jack Harris, and Gunnar Keeling. Formed through a shared love of loud guitars, heavy grooves, and ’90s-influenced rock, the band first gained attention around SDSU through packed backyard shows and a series of viral grunge covers online.
What began as friends jamming in a garage quickly grew into something more serious. MojoPin’s sound draws from bands like Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Tool, and Guns N’ Roses, but the band is focused on writing and performing original music rather than recreating the past. Their first singles, “Give It a Shot” and “Too Blind,” introduced a heavier, more direct side of the band and helped build momentum beyond the college house-show scene.
After playing shows across Southern California, including San Diego, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo, MojoPin continues to build a following through high-energy live performances and original songs shaped by the chemistry between its three members. The band is still early in its story, but David, Jack, and Gunnar are moving forward with a clear focus: write honest rock songs, play them loud, and keep pushing toward bigger stages.
