The Easy Riders
The Easy Riders
Blues-Rock
Easy Riders are based out of Peoria IL, but the sounds from their music make you think you are in the blues clubs of Chicago, like you attended free music in Golden Gate Park in the 60’s. Sounds of Jerry Garcia, Duane Allman & Derek Trucks slide guitar ring through the air also, the Master sticks of Buddy Rich & the vintage 70’s bass of John Paul Jones. Commanding Lead & vocal Harmonies make the band sound bigger than they truly are. Music that hits the SOUL!
Lead guitar/singer Mike Miller writes from the point of view of outcasts and beatniks, bringing his own perspective and wit to his traveling experiences throughout the country. With a smoky voice self-trained on blues classics, West coast music, & southern slide guitar. A rhythm section combines a vintage sound with some of the best musicians in the Midwest region.
