The Night Show Featuring Wayno From working in the mailrooms of labels Def Jam and Roc-A-Fella, Wayne "Wayno" Clark quickly landed an internship at the latter and worked as an assistant A&R during the height of Jay-Z‘s career. Clark eventually founded his own management company, Triangle Offense, where he signed Dave East. He then moved on to host Complex’s Everyday Struggle before joining Asylum Records. In his newest role at Quality Contol Music, home of Atlanta supergroup Migos, Clark works directly with Ethiopia Habtemariam as senior director of A&R at Motown.
