This isn’t just a night out—it’s a celebration of motherhood, self-expression and OUR OWN DAMN SELVES, just for San Francisco moms.

Created by Moms Feelin’ Themselves (MFT), The Mom Dance Party fuses music, movement, and community to support moms’ mental and emotional well-being.  It’s a joyful, judgment-free space to reconnect with yourself and dance alongside other women who truly get it.

Bay Area moms carry  so much —careers, caregiving, activism, creative passions. We created this night  for moms to shake off the pressure and the mental load, feel alive in your body, and get reinvigorated for another day of momming hard.  ,

Founded in 2022, MFT’s wildly popular, award-winning events are the first in the U.S. created specifically for moms' emotional wellness and self-expression.
