Created by Moms Feelin’ Themselves (MFT), The Mom Dance Party fuses music, movement, and community to support moms’ mental and emotional well-being.  It’s a joyful, judgment-free space to reconnect with yourself and dance alongside other women who truly get it. Bay Area moms carry  so much —careers, caregiving, activism, creative passions.
