The Mixaphors are a musical tribe from the hills of Winnetka, Illinois bringing joy to all in their presence with sweet tones and life's rhythms. Featuring the amazing Abbey Byman on lead vocals, Steve Sanders from WGN on bass and vocals, Doctor Charles Seymour on keys and vocals, Dave Harman on drums, Maurice Gauthier on guitar and vocals  and Ray McKenzie, slide guitar, vocals and whatever else is needed.  We have been playing Americana/Country Rock on the North Shore for the past three years. We have performed at Evanston Space, Hey Nonny, City Winery, House of Blues and many more great venues to enthusiastic audiences.
