Since the days of their youth playing in their father’s church worship band, Sam, Joe, James, John and Jesse strive to touch people’s hearts through music with message. They have traveled the globe by way of American Samoa with the mission of hope and love at the heart of their vision. In a world of constant change and uncertainty, their commitment to this mission has been unwavering. Who you are, where you’re from, what you believe, it does not matter. The love of Jesus Christ is a gift for us all. The Katinas believe this message is worth living for. Through their music and their actions, they strive to embody this love. We can change the world, one heart at a time, through music with a message. James is one of the band's vocalist, songwriter, and bass player. As a husband to Chrissy Katina and a father of five, James loves spending his free time with his family. Whether it's doing Tik Tok dances with his daughters, playing Wii with the family, or going on dates with Chissy, he thoroughly enjoys every minute of it.  John is one of the band's lead vocalist and also Jame's twin! Outside of the band, John is a huge sports fan, specifically a Lakers and a Steelers fan. He's taken his passion for sports to actively be an assistant coach for his son Blaze's football team. Blaze is the youngest among his four brothers Zion, Jett, River, and Steele. Sam is the band's musical director and one of our lead vocalists and keyboard player. As a husband and a father, he takes pride and enjoys the little things like cleaning. Sam credits this to his former marine father, who passed on his love for order. He also enjoys landscaping as he finds it therapeutic and a way to unwind. Like his brothers, he's a big basketball fan and likes playing as much as he does watch the sport! Joe is the band's drummer and also serves as a vocalist. He is and has been a proud husband to Lori for the past 26 and a half years! Together they have two sons with who Joe loves spending time with. He likes working out but admits he often does it to have the freedom to indulge in more food! Recently, he's truly enjoyed playing pickleball with both his brothers and his entire family.  Jesse is one of the band's lead singer as well as our merchandise director. When he's not working on music, Jesse loves watching Basketball and working out. He enjoys taking care of his body wellbeing and staying physically active. Jesse often makes it a family affair and encourages his kids to be active alongside him!
