The Elliott Caine Quintet is all about exciting, soulful and memorable music.  With four cd releases and numerous accolades internationally, this is a band to be seen and heard: a synthesis of influences such as Art Blakey and The Jazz Messengers plus Tito Puente & Mongo Santamaria that make for a unique jazz and Afrocuban aural experience.  Elliott's original compositions have been heard on radio all over the world as well as on numerous television programs, from Oprah to David Letterman to the History Channel to MTV, in addition to film soundtracks.

Elliott has performed at numerous music festivals in the USA and in Japan and Europe, including return visits to the Equinoxe Jazz Festival in Corsica.  He has also performed/recorded with musicians as diverse as Teddy Edwards, Barbara Morrison, Francisco Aguabella, Wyclef Jean, Beck, etc.

Latin Beat Magazine describes Elliott as "one of the west coast's finest trumpeters"; Cadence Magazine describes him "as a fire-breathing trumpeter in the lineage of Freddie Hubbard and Lee Morgan and his band is just as sharp."  Ollie Bivins, of The Jazz Messenger Magazine and member of the Jazz Journalists Association, has put Elliott's music in his "top ten releases of the year" list.
