Punk
For over 25 years, The Dollyrots have been a shining example of how to mix raw punk energy with catchy bubblegum melodies, all while living life entirely on their terms. Fronted by bassist and vocalist Kelly Ogden and guitarist Luis Cabezas, this power duo has built a legacy of anthemic tunes, relentless touring, and an unwavering DIY ethos. But what sets them apart isn’t just their music—it’s their ability to balance the chaos of rock n’ roll with raising kids that are now old enough to take the stage on their own.
Growing up together in Florida, followed by a decade-long stint in Los Angeles, The Dollyrots emerged from the L.A. punk scene with a style that blends humor, heart, and high-energy. The band has released nine studio albums starting with a 2004 debut on the legendary Lookout! Records. The next two LPs came out through Joan Jett’s Blackheart Records, followed by several DIY, fan-funded releases and a current alliance with Stevie Van Zandt’s Wicked Cool Records. Long a staple in rotation on Sirius/XM’s Little Steven’s Underground Garage, the band’s output perked up the ears of the Wicked Cool founder & E Street Band powerhouse. “Their songwriting has reached a consistent level of greatness,” Van Zandt says. The Dollyrots are keeping the momentum going in 2026 with the release of the first single from their forthcoming ninth studio album, “Apocalyptic Romance”, which will be followed by extensive touring through 2027.
The duo have played over two thousand shows, both headlining and supporting the likes of Bowling For Soup, Buzzcocks, Joan Jett, The Go-Go’s, The Breeders, and many more. The band is no stranger to success, hitting the Billboard Heatseekers and Independent Albums Top 20 several times and featured in movies and TV shows including “Nimona”, “Billions”, & “The Price Is Right” along with classics such as “Easy A” and “CSI:NY”. Their anthem “Because I’m Awesome” is the top track from a catalog amassing over 25 million streams, while becoming a rallying cry for sarcastic selfconfidence. The most recent album Night Owls is co-Produced by longtime collaborator John Fields (Jimmy Eat World, All Time Low, Meet Me At the Altar) and includes multiple tracks receiving heavy rotation on Sirius/XM and featured on NPRs New Music Friday and Spotify’s New In Punk Playlists. The band’s influence also extends to the radio, where Kelly stars as a DJ on Sirius/XM Channel 21 The Underground Garage. She also shares a side project with Bowling For Soup frontman Jaret Reddick called Jaret and Kelly
Kelly and Luis aren’t just bandmates; they’re life partners who’ve taken their music and turned it into a family affair. Their two kids, River and Daisy, have grown up on the road, trading playgrounds for green rooms and bedtime stories for soundchecks. Instead of seeing family life as a limitation, Kelly and Luis have woven it into the fabric of their music and lifestyle. Their fans have watched them grow from scrappy up-andcomers to seasoned musicians and parents, and that connection makes the music hit even harder. They show that you don’t have to give up your passions to raise a family, proving that punk rock isn’t just about rebellion—it’s about creating your own path and sticking to it, no matter what.

Hailing from the heartland of America, Ohio's Leggy is a blonde-heavy dream punk trio exploding with empowered earnestness, an undeniably catchy pop sensibility and that ever timeless grrrl in-and-out of love allure. With influences drawn from contemporary artists like Lana Del Rey & St. Vincent, as well as 90's jammers like The Breeders and Hole, Leggy produce a unique style of music that equal parts dark pop and shimmery punk.
Leggy began after singer/ guitarist Veronique Allaer (Belgian parents) took a hip-breaking tumble off a fire escape days after graduating from college. Priorities drastically rearranged, she ditched the plans for grad school and instead moved into a house with her two best friends and music lovers, Kerstin Bladh and Christopher Campbell. The three began crafting raucous yet infectious garage pop led by Bladh's fuzzed out and slinky bass lines, fortified with Campbell's heavy-hitting yet tight drum beats, and sweetened with Allaer's saccharine vocals.
In 2017 Damnably had Chicago Mastering Service Remaster Leggy's eponymous 2016 album for Vinyl release. With constant touring they have gained a national following the in the States and have enjoyed significant airplay from college radio and attention from blogs. Leggy have played over a dozen festivals and have shared the stage with many notable and buzz-worthy bands such as Bully, EMA, Ex Hex, Cursive, Colleen Green, and Tweens.
"Raw, catchy as hell, and utterly dance-able, Cincinnati trio Leggy make skin-bearing garage rock that isn't afraid to rip the guise off dated and romantic tropes." Noisey
"...lo-fi productions of infectious melodies, bubblegum punk and a taste of not giving a fuck." - She Shreds Magazine
" It discomfits. It unsettles. It reassures. I would have covered this for Melody Maker." - Everett True
