Led by the brilliant MC DJ Lowtide, alongside the soulful vocals of Maryanne Ito and the rhythmic drive of drummer Dae Han, the band features a full lineup of bass guitar, keyboards, horns, and guitar. Initially formed toward the end of the pandemic, The Workout made their mark at Workplay now known as the Gastby, quickly becoming the go-to party band for Thursday nights.
