From their inception, the group has been recognized as an award winning band. “Our first show was a battle of the bands at Belmont University, that we won.” reflects guitarist Zach Sheffler, “the recognition was flattering to say the least.” While these awards are creating a nice resume for the group, it is the trail of fans across the southeast that is the main priority. “We want to create an experience that the fans will appreciate and share amongst other funk/soul fans. I want little aqua-ducklings everywhere.” Says lead vocalist Cavanaugh Mims concerning the future for The Aquaducks.

Cavanaugh and Zach, along with Thomas Baxter (guitar), Carter Murphey (bass) Andrew Fleming (drums) Paul Violante (sax) and Kevin Griffin (trumpet) will be returning to the studio in Nashville with producer Jeff Lusk for a 2016 release, with a rumours of a live album to follow. In the meantime if you have any awards to hand out go ahead and polish em up, put on some dancing shoes, and make it out to one of the best shows in Nashville and abroad.

MARADEEN is an American rock band based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Founded by guitarist Whit Murray in the summer of 2014 with keyboardist Kaitlyn Connor and bassist Sterling Miller, the band formed their initial roots as a high energy rock n roll quartet. With classical and jazz improvisation backgrounds, they forged and evolved a unique and well-versed sound. In 2014, Thomas Galloway moved to Nashville for songwriting and began collaborations with Murray. The band entered the analog studio "Welcome to 1979" in the spring of 2015 and recorded their first full-length LP entitled, Mirage. The album features the initial hard-hitting rockers from the band's formative stage, while revealing the new songwriting dynamic between Murray and Galloway.

In August of 2015, drummer John Rodrigue rounded out the lineup, and the band set out touring heavily, honing their ever-evolving and electrifying live show that is never the same as the night before. In May of 2016, they re-entered Welcome to 1979 Studio to begin work on their second studio album, Above the Horizon, this time with Wes Bailey (keyboardist for renowned band, MOON TAXI) in the producer role. The album is comprised of all original material written by all five members of the band. The album  - from the artwork to the songs - continues to be widely acclaimed. MARADEEN is currently on tour all across the South and up the east coast.. from Louisiana to Vermont.

"We borrowed the name from a Josh Ritter album," Animal Years singer-songwriter-guitarist Mike McFadden says of his band's moniker.  "Originally, we just liked the way the phrase sounded.  But the more we thought about it, the more it meant to us, and we started saying things like 'Live your life in animal years.'  If you knew that you'd only be around for a few years, you'd do things differently.  That's how we try to operate as a band; we try to go for it every day, like we're gonna die tomorrow."

That level of urgency resonates throughout Far From Home, Animal Years' first eOne release.  The five-song EP —produced by Ryan Hadlock, renowned for his work with the Lumineers, Brandi Carlile and Vance Joy—offers a consistently compelling distillation of the Brooklyn-by-way-of-Baltimore trio's irresistibly anthemic, unfailingly uplifting songcraft, which ranges from the fist-pumping infectiousness of "Caroline" to the introspective warmth of "Friends" to the bittersweet buoyancy of "Home (I Was Born)."  McFadden's catchy, emotionally direct songwriting is matched by the band's exuberant performances, which combine McFadden's openhearted vocals and surging acoustic guitars with the punchy rhythmic kick of bassist Anthony Saladino and drummer Anthony Spinnato.
