For those unfamiliar, Afrobeats is an umbrella term for popular music from West Africa and its diaspora, rooted in Nigeria, Ghana, and the UK. It’s not a single genre but a fusion of styles like hiplife, jùjú, highlife, azonto, and naija beats, creating a dynamic and globally loved sound.
