Please join us with Take the Reins, Til Morning and Linden Method for a benefit show for mental health and addiction awareness. We recently had a loss in the TTR family due to complications of addiction. There is a way out and a road to recovery. Let’s come together as a scene and celebrate life with live music and give back on April 21st at Reggie’s Music Joint at 7 pm. All proceeds will be donated to Rosecrance Recovery center.

TAKE THE REINS is a Chicago area alt punk band who, in 2017 and 2018, recorded and released their debut album "Addiction by Subtraction".
Called "an explosive mix of Joan Jetta and The Pretenders", frontwoman/vocalist Courtney Boyers & crew churn out 12 hard-hitting tracks exploring varying themes on addiction, despair and defiance. Don't miss out on this eclectic mix of songs that doesn't let up, from start to end.
In 2018-2019 Take The Reins began touring the midwest on their release Addiction by Subtraction playing with many local and national tour acts.
Including a trip to FEST in Gainesville FL
Take The Reins signed with Flat Aht records in 2021 and put out their sophomore record "Im At Your Door" and have been out promoting and touring on it since its release in the fall of 2022.

The Linden Method are a three piece skate punk band who call Chicago their home. Coining themselves "Skate Punk Revival Pioneers", The Linden Method is comprised of Alex Wight, Xack Brame, and Jake Fritzler. Founded in 2012, TLM have been making waves where others merely splash. Blending Alex's melodic vocals with intricately crafted instrumentals, The Linden Method is a band that sets themselves apart from other bands with focus and precision.
