Founded in 2022 - GGM is the anarchic scatterbrained orphan adopted by four New England chumbuckets: crooner/bassist mathHat, guitarist/singer James Hieb, drumbot Phillip Napkins, and guitar heartthrob Luke O’Connell. Coalesced from surf rock exotica and jazz fusion, GGM are archaeologists excavating the dark side of the beach, evoking the cartoonish "anything goes" musical world-building of Black Midi and Frank Zappa, mixed with the ever-burrowing jam instincts of King Gizzard.
