REFLEXICON is a hard rock / progressive melodic metal band from Chicago, formed by Paul Kratky -of the respected underground 80's progressive metal band SLAUTER XSTROYES. Other members: Jerry Buczko- Guitar; Bill Dixon- Bass; John Ashe- Drums; and Fred Morg- Lead Vocals. Angular melody, sharp, jagged rhythms, and a tenacious forward drive.

Since it’s inception in Austin, TX in 2002, Fierce Atmospheres has hit the 21 year mark as a band. Having been in the Chicago metal circuit for 12 years, the band has released 5 EPs and 2 full length CDs including ‘Pariahs, Misfits and Sinners’ (2018) and most recently, ‘The Speed of Dreams’. FA has contributed to 7 ProgPower USA compilation discs and has been playing steadily in 2023.
