San Francisco-based band, Strangepride, formed in Brooklyn in 2015. The band combines the best elements of American indie rock, Brit-pop, shoegaze and singer-songwriter traditions to create a vision that is honest, memorable, authentic, and emotionally affecting. Their LP, “We’ll Take It From Here” is an album of “music trying to maintain a kind of youthful fervor, even innocence, while reckoning with the life events that hit us as we get older” (Stereogum).  
 

Big Afternoon is a fuzzy power pop trio based in the Sunset district. They’ve recently published their introductory EP which can be found at bigafternoon.bandcamp.com
