The Hooten Hallers are a blues, soul, and rock n' roll band from Columbia, MO. They are: John Randall(Guitar/Vocals), Andy Rehm(Drums/Vocals) and Kellie Everett(Bass & Baritone Saxophones). Known for their raucous live shows and influenced heavily by the canon of American roots music, this hard touring band does everything in their power to bring that music to you. They have produced a number of self-releases since forming in 2007, but most recently released Greetings from Welp City(2012) and Chillicothe Fireball(2014) on Big Muddy Records. With another release brewing for 2015, The Hooten Hallers have every intention of driving 'til the wheels fall off.

    Oak, Steel and Lightning

    Country-Rock

Born out of outlaw country culture, cured with elements of whiskey soaked rock n roll, and blended with just the right amount of exploratory jams, Oak Steel and Lightning delivers a new spin on outlaw cosmic country. With a full and rich sound that will seem familiar yet fresh, OSL delivers the goods and leaves you wanting more.

Take one part greasy geetar... One part rumblin bass.... One part thunderin drums... Toss in some sweet sweet fiddle... Add a touch of pedal steel... Mix it all together with gutsy and authentic vocals and you got yourself a new sound in these parts. Oak Steel and Lightning takes the crowd on a journey through outlaw country, rock, blues, exploratory jams, and more, all in the name of havin a good time.
