Steve Tyrell just celebrated thirteen years of sold out Café residencies in the revered holiday slot, having taken over for Bobby Short in 2005. His new album, A Song For You, is out on February 9 via New Design Records and East/West Records. The 12-track release features Tyrell’s takes on classic love songs by Van Morrison, Leon Russell, Jackie Wilson, Harold Arlen & Johnny Mercer and more.
