Saxophonist, flutist and composer Steve Slagle is a two–time GRAMMY Award winner (for his recordings with the Mingus Band and Joe Lovano’s Nonet) whose credits range from Stevie Wonder to Charlie Haden’s Liberation Music Orchestra. Steve’s last two Panorama Records CDs, Alto Manhattan (2016) and Dedication (2017) have both reached the Top Ten on Jazz radio airplay charts nationwide. With guitarist Dave Stryker, he co–leads the Stryker/Slagle Band; their 2015 Routes received a GRAMMY nomination.
