Benvenuti to the first annual St. Cugino Day! An Italian-inspired vegetarian food and drink festival. Celebrating East Tennessee’s summer harvest, Knoxville’s incredible food community, local farmers, and our favorite apertivos. -Tasting samples from 11 local food vendors serving seasonal, fruit and veg forward Italian-ish bites. Each vendor has been assigned a particular piece of produce to feature. Participating vendors: Kaizen, Potchke, A Dopo, Otsu, Cugino Fratello, Red Panda Deli, Wild Love Bakehouse, RT Lodge, Small Comforts Kitchen, Tarik’s North African, & Loose Cannon Burger Co. -A cash bar featuring specialty Italian cocktails and a SPRITZ STATION operated by our buds at Fly By Night. -Dj’s spinning all evening + Knoxville Honkers and Bangers to close out the night. -Espresso cart from the good folks at Adrift Coffee Co. -Summer vibes and decorations by Husmus Studio All proceeds go to Beardsley Community Farms and The Pilot Light Eat like a cousin.
