Arran Fagan
Arran Fagan
Folk
Praised for his introspective lyrics and vivid storytelling, Portland-based folk artist Arran Fagan has garnered a following in his native Oregon with his uncanny ability to weave the personal and universal. After getting his start in the grassroots music scene of Southern Oregon, Arran has spent the greater part of his life pursuing music, creating wistful and evocative songs that explore themes that connect us all—loss, addiction, change, and the endless passage of time.

Americana
Berkley
Berkley
Americana
With a voice that straddles delicacy and huskiness, Portland songwriter Berkley (Andy Jones) takes the mantle from the 70s Laurel Canyon scene. His expansive influences keep him out of the heritage revivalism pack as he ventures into country-tinged, folk-leaning tunes on his second LP Vaquero.

Indie Pop
Gina Rose

Country Folk
Karyn Thurston
Karyn Thurston
Country Folk
The story half of local duo Story & Tune, Karyn Thurston is the sort of optimist who arrives with a pen to a battlefield, confident that the right turn of phrase can coax empathy out of even the most hardened hearts. Her folk-rooted lyricism collides with musical theater earnestness in songs that swoop, giggle, mourn, and tell the truth—even when it hurts.

Country Folk
Rodeo Wilson
Rodeo Wilson
Country Folk
Combining mid-century pop with alt-country sensibilities, Rodeo Wilson creates hazy, technicolored songs of love and pain, drawing musical inspiration from his Southwestern roots. With one album under his belt, Rodeo Wilson is set to release his sophomore effort in the Summer of 2026.
