Description
Snorkeler is the brainchild of Curtis Heimburger, notably known for his participation in the college-formed rock band, Mom Rock. Heimburger debuted the new project back in 2020 with the soft release of the single 'Slow Burn' (Melodic Mag) but it wasn't until early 2025 following the bittersweet breakup of Mom Rock that he formally released the single on streaming platforms. While working on his green card application, Heimburger began building a strong identity for himself as Snorkeler on TikTok, amassing over a million views and thousands of likes within just one year. With just one 3-song EP titled No Power currently out on streaming platforms, the band already boasts over 118,000 total streams and 23,000+ monthly listeners on Spotify alone.
The Nashville-based band is already making a name for themselves in the alternative indie rock scene, influenced by heavy hitters such as Talking Heads, Djo, Modest Mouse and Weezer. Snorkeler went on their first headline tour in 2025 and hit major markets such as Chicago, NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, DC as well as their hometown of Nashville. In 2026, the band has no plans of slowing down and is currently preparing to release more music in the coming months.
